Submit a Claim - Claim Instructions

If you placed a food delivery order through Panda’s mobile application or website during the Class Period (July 17, 2020 through February 16, 2022) where a “Service Fee” was charged, then you are a potential class member and may be entitled to relief. Class Members must submit a claim no later than January 10, 2024, for it to be valid. Claims submitted after the deadline will be deemed untimely and may not be accepted.

Settlement Class members may submit a claim for either (1) a digital cash payment, or (2) up to two vouchers redeemable for medium entrees through Panda’s mobile application or website.

Please Note: Digital payments and vouchers will be distributed after the Settlement is approved by the Court and becomes final. Your digital payment may decrease depending on the number of claims filed.

After clicking the button below, you will be asked to provide the Unique ID you received with your Notice from the Settlement Administrator. As part of the Claim Form, you will be asked to provide your contact information, your payment or voucher selection, and to certify your claim.

After submitting your completed Claim online, you will receive an email with a Confirmation Code for your completed submission. Receipt of a Confirmation Code means your Claim was successfully submitted. Be sure to keep your confirmation email and code and refer back to them if you have any questions about your Claim Form. If additional information is required to complete your Claim, you will be contacted by the Settlement Administrator.



Remember: All Claim Forms must be submitted online no later than 11:59 p.m. PST on January 10, 2024.
