If you placed a food delivery order through Panda’s mobile application or website during the Class Period (July 17, 2020 through February 16, 2022) where a “Service Fee” was charged, then you are a potential class member and may be entitled to relief.

A Settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. (“Defendant”). Plaintiffs filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court tiled Jeff Ross and Roxanne Oliveira v. Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., Case No. 21STCV03662 (the “Action”). Plaintiffs allege that the Defendant made representations regarding delivery fees and service fees on delivery orders placed through its website and mobile application that were false or misleading.

The Defendant contends that its statements were accurate, disagrees with Plaintiffs’ allegations, and denies any liability or wrongdoing associated with the claims alleged in the Action.

You must submit a Claim Form online, here, by January 10, 2024 to receive either a Cash Payment or a free entrée Voucher.

Exclude Yourself

Get no Settlement benefits.

Keep your right to file your own lawsuit against Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. about the legal claims in this case. If you exclude yourself, you may not make a claim for benefits under the Settlement or object to the Settlement. The deadline to exclude yourself from the Settlement is September 08, 2023.

Object
